ABOUT PROJECT

Built and scaled a platform wide Design System with a focus on accessibility and compliance. Consisting of two parts, ‘Kaleido’- a Sketch library that vends consistent, accessible, on-brand components to the UX team, and ‘Tartan’- a React library that vends UI to engineering teams. The internal team branding of ‘Kaleido’+‘Tartan’ gave everyone a rallying point that drove adoption and increased the speed to value of lowering engineering effort, all while bringing the UI into compliance with WCAG standards to enable sales.
